About Molly, in the words of her foster mom Isobel:

When I opened the back door to my ground floor flat in New Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi one morning last September, I found seven very cute little puppies outside.  Their mother had brought them to live just opposite my door in the lane at the back of my flat.

I took over from Mum when the time came with feeding duties and my vivid recollection of last year’s Diwali, was building them a little shelter so as to keep them safe from the crackers and fireworks and checking on them every half hour.

Sadly, over the course of two or three months, I lost one to Parvovirus/Gastroenteritis, one went missing despite my checking the local animal shelter and another passed away and so I am now left with four big puppies.

Molly is quite a shy and quiet dog, but is gentle and loves to run around the street exploring.  A little more independent than her sisters, she is nevertheless an affectionate girl and full of bounce.  With a loving home, I feel she could blossom into a loving and playful pet.

To adopt Molly, please contact AAIDD, Delhi or Canada offices. Molly’s flight costs will be sponsored.
