Rimjhim arrived at her foster home when soft rains and great weather had arrived at Delhi, and so she was named ‘Rimjhim’ which is how the raindrops fall. She is born near a farmhouse and is a gentle puppy.

 Name: Rimjhim
DOB: April 2, 2012
Gender: Female

Uptodate on vaccinations.

Rimjhim and her 2 sisters were born on the streets, in a posh area, lined with farmhouses. But with farmhouses comes people with big speeding cars and lavish lifestyles but hardly a care for these little animals. Farmhouses have the space to give a home to many street dogs, but sadly only the pedigreed ones get to call them home. These lovely desis are left to fend for themselves on the street.

So Rimjhim and her sisters lives on the street. Animal lover Liz, rescued one when she was injured and after she recovered she has been adopted, thankfully!! Rimjhim was picked up recently, and is now in an AAIDD foster home. She is described as a gentle, sweet natured puppy, who has lived with her mother till the age of 4 months.

Her sister still lives with her mother and will be taken care of on the street as she seems to like her independent life on the road and we hope that she is safe and happy!!
